I have been sewing since 2002 even though I sewed a few times before that is was not much and with no formal training other than a drawstring bag in seventh grade home ec. other than that I'm completely self-taught. During the past 9 years I have had kids and done a lot of moving around so my self taught training has had a lot interruptions I have always felt there were gaps in my knowledge and a lot of times things don't always come looking as if they were made by someone who has been sewing for almost 10 years more off than on.
So to change this I ordered the Learn To Sew DVD's. So now I hope to learn the hobby I so love and have better results from my sewing. This blog is to follow my journey using this system.
