Previously used: Out Of Print Simplicity 2725

Pattern:Top or Dress with puffed sleeves and facings.
            Options: 1) Sleeve with elastic casing to form ruffle*
                          2) Lace inserted in seam or trim*
                          3) Ruffle Collar
                          4)Simple Collar (no pointed collars)
                          5)Front Closure (snaps will be used)
                          6) Pockets
Fabric: Print or Solid ( No nap fabric
